Mike Danilack joins PwC’s Washington DC transfer pricing practice

Mike Danilack, former IRS Deputy Commissioner (International) of the Large Business and International (LB&I) division, has joined PwC, the firm has announced. Danilack will serve as a principal in PwC’s Washington National Tax Services’ transfer pricing practice.

Danilack will focus on transfer pricing, advance pricing agreements, mutual agreements, and other types of cross-border tax controversies.

While at the IRS, Danilack had oversight of all international tax matters, including serving as the U.S. Competent Authority and setting international strategy.

In the mid-1990s to 2000, he served as an assistant to the IRS Commissioner and the IRS Associate Chief Counsel (International) where he had oversight on all legal matters involving international tax matters, including regulations, rulings and litigation.
